*I picked up a little steam in my walking routine yesterday. I am still feeling a little bit of discomfort in my hip and lower back but it seems much more manageable now, but I have to keep in mind that I am probably at the final stages of healing and I don’t want to do anything stupid to re-injure myself as I seek to make continued progress. My diet still sucks as I continue to put meat in my body and snack way too much with those foods that are not healthy. I decided today to change my breakfast meal from Avocado Toast to Oatmeal with berries and granola and a piece of fruit. I feel as though I am lacking essential fiber in my diet. This also means that I need to bring back other foods I used to eat like salads and vegetable-bean soups.

8:00 AM – Morning Walk

9:00 AM – Breakfast – Oatmeal, Blueberries, Banana, Daily Vitamins

9:45 AM – Morning Walk #2

12:00 PM – Lunch – Avocado Toast with Salsa

1:00 PM – Afternoon Walk

3:00 PM – Afternoon Walk #2

6:30 PM – Dinner – 2 Hotdogs, 1/2 Corn on the Cob

9:00 PM – Bedtime
