*Yesterday was one of my best days for exercise in a long time with over 17,000 steps, over 3000 calories burned and close to 8 miles walked. Most of it was completed in simply playing Pickleball for 2 hours in the afternoon. But with all the effort I caused some inflammation as my body weight went up, but that may have more to do with all of the bread I ate yesterday along with sausage and chicken parm. This is going to become a challenge when I start lifting weights again. The more energy I exert, the hungrier I get. It’s a matter of discipline and I have to understand that when my body gets those urges to eat all kinds of crap that by simply not eating and start drinking water my body will continue to burn fat at the same rate as when I was exercising.

9:15 AM – Breakfast – Avocado Toast with Salsa, Banana
11:30 AM – Lunch – Sausage Sandwich
6:30 PM – Dinner – Beef Empanadas, 1/2 Baked Sweet Potato, 1/2 Corn on the Cob
9:30 PM – Bedtime
