*I pushed myself to walk a little further yesterday and I am pleased with the results. I also made good efforts at sticking to the vegan food that I am supposed to be eating, other than dinner where I ate what was left over from a turkey dinner from the other night.
I am starting to notice my desire to sleep longer with the changing seasons and without having to go to work each day I certainly welcome it. There is nothing worse than being forced to wake up when your body is not quite ready for it.
It is just 45 degrees F. this morning and I have decided to wait a bit before I start my walking routine today.
8:30 AM – Morning Walk
9:15 AM – Breakfast – Avocado Toast with Salsa, Banana, Daily Vitamins
12:30 PM – Lunch – Turkey and Cheese on Rye, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw
2:00 PM – Afternoon Walk
6:30 PM – Dinner – Chicken Parm and Ziti
10:00 PM – Bedtime
